Values & Approach
Neurodiversity & Regulation
I work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective that understands differences in attention, regulation, learning, and communication as part of normal human variation — not deficits to be fixed.
Rather than asking teens or adults to override their nervous systems, this work focuses on supporting regulation first. From a place of safety and steadiness, executive function and social-emotional skills can develop more naturally and sustainably.
Support here is grounded in respect, curiosity, and the belief that people do well when they have the right conditions — not when they are pushed to conform.
