  • Coaching at The Practice Ground focuses on skill-building, reflection, and practical support for daily life. While emotions and relationships are part of the work, this is not psychotherapy.

    Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on building capacity in the present — planning, regulation, communication, and follow-through.

    Many teens and adults benefit from coaching alongside therapy. I am happy to collaborate with therapists when appropriate.

  • No. I do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment. This work is educational and supportive, and referrals work best when clients have appropriate clinical care if needed.

  • No. Movement is always optional and used only when it supports regulation and focus. Sessions can be entirely conversational if that feels best.

  • We start with an initial conversation to understand goals, needs, and whether this work feels supportive. There is no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right.

  • I offer services in a way that is thoughtful, transparent, and sustainable.

    At this time, all sessions are virtual. Sessions typically range from $80-$120, depending on session length and the type of support, with options for short-term consultation or ongoing coaching.

    Pricing reflects my training, experience, and the individualized nature of this work. I am happy to discuss options during an initial conversation.
